The computer font New Year Dingbats was created by Harold Lohner, 1999, and placed into the public domain by him.

The illustrations were derived from a pattern sheet included with a set of Japanese wood-carving tools, circa 1981.

There are 22 images in this font.  A-G are all dogs.   G-M are assorted.   N-Z are  calligraphy.  (Translations appreciated.)
